When the traditional process dropped the ball, he picked it up. He made calls and got me a local expert when I was locked out at night.Furthermore, he is articulate and well educated, he has an answer for every question I present. And does so with enthusiasm. The very best part is his availability, he always makes time to swiftly return my text and always picks up the phone.He’ll review my account and bring up details I need to know. He notices things that matter. Didn’t cash a check? He’s got you. Moved to a new address?
