Outstanding customer service professional. If I have a problem that needs resolving, he’s fighting harder than anybody in the business. Without a doubt. The best and most persistent at getting the job done. If there’s a way he’ll find it. When I was stuck and needed roadside assistance, Anthony was there. When the traditional process dropped the ball, he picked it up. He made calls and got me a local expert when I was locked out at night. Furthermore, he is articulate and well educated, he has an answer for every question I present. And does so with enthusiasm. The very best part is his availability, he always makes time to swiftly return my text and always picks up the phone. He’ll review my account and bring up details I need to know. He notices things that matter. Didn’t cash a check? He’s got you. Moved to a new address? He noticed and applied what was needed. He has surpassed my expectations on another level and he will certainly impress you as well. This man goes the distance and is driven to care for the customer. Talked to Carlos on the phone to make some changes to my policy and send me a new card since mine expired. Hebwas extremely professional, and very prompt with his responses, and although the website was a bit slow that day to load information, and I had meetings all day at work, he continued to work on it while I was at meetings and when I was finished I checked my email and had a new card already there. He called me the next day to update me thay my payment went down, and contract was in my email inbox, all before I even started my day. He is efficient, does not put you off when u get off the phone with him like other companies do and you have to follow up. He does all the follow up and you never have to repeat yourself, he gets it, he does his job, and does it extremely well. Thanks Carlos.

Great service in getting new insurance for home and auto. Anthony was very helpful when I called to receive a quote for a policy. I am so excited to save a bunch of money!!! Very good customer service and they are very responsive.
